Near-Term Production

The Laiva Gold Mine is a turnkey open-pit operation located near the town of Raahe in Finland. As of June 4, 2025, the Project hosts a current pit-constrained Mineral Resource Estimate of 16.35 million tonnes with an average grade of 1.00 g/t Au containing 523,000 oz Au (Measured & Indicated) and 12.38 million tonnes with an average grade of 1.03 g/t Au containing 396,000 oz Au (Inferred), calculated at a cut-off grade of 0.25 g/t Au.*

The company is executing a phased exploration program with substantial drilling to significantly expand its mineable resource while carrying out environmental studies to support an expanded mining permit with updated mine closure and waste management plans. Our mission is to restart production at the Laiva Mine within two years and to deliver outstanding near-term rewards to the regional economy and our investors.
